    "content": "While doing the new regulations, we need to remove the taxes that come with value addition of our coffee. If you want to package your coffee here, it is a shame that it is almost 40 to 50 per cent more expensive than when it is packaged elsewhere. As a House, we have to look at those things and put them right. I am hoping the new regulations will empower our farmers. We need to know that this crop is for our farmers. We need to protect the small-scale farmer that takes his or her coffee to a marketing society."
