    "content": " Hon. Temporary Speaker, what we are telling the Committee is that in future they should have well tabulated reasons for nullifying regulations. If the provisions are unconstitutional or unlawful, do not just come here with bare opaque recommendations or hot air ones as we are seeing here and say that Parliament should proceed and oppose. Hon. Temporary Speaker, with those reasons, I oppose these regulations as hot air and a wild goose chase. They should not be upheld by this House. I thank you."
