    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker for giving me this opportunity to also comment on this Report by the Select Committee on Public Debt. This Report brings out all that Parliament needs to know as far as debt position is concerned. The Committee has done very well and brought out the situation of the debt as it is in Kenya today. I think more time should be given to the Committee to continue unearthing some of the issues that this House has been pondering and particularly when it comes to the control of expenditure."
