External debt should be reflected or seen on the ground and should be related to the development of the country. The worst part is that some of these debts are used on recurrent expenditures. That creates a bad situation as far as debt is concerned. The worst area here is the domestic debt, which is so high and I think that is why the expenditure on debt repayment has grown very high. Something should be done to ensure that the domestic debt and interest rates are controlled so that we do not have banks…"
