    "content": "In fact, the Committee should take these recommendations upon itself to ensure that we have an Act that will enable this House to monitor the debt repayment and the debt records particularly when we are budgeting on payment of debt. So, the recommendations here should be implemented. The House should adopt this Report and more research should be done to ensure that we get the exact position of the Kenyan debt and come up with a proper position for the repayment of this debt.
