    "content": "our debts. As we speak, we are almost reaching Ksh230 billion worth of loans that are used to pay even some of our recurrent expenditures, something that we can avoid. We have options to either increase our revenues or our productivity and, maybe, wait for divine intervention. As it is now, maybe, in the next two to three years as we borrow more, we will fail to repay our loans because we are not increasing revenues until we go the Ghana way and then it will be bad for us.
