As I was saying, it is also important to have regulations always tabled on the Floor of this House in respect to the sinking fund so that Parliament can interrogate them and the requisite Committee can be able to guide Parliament in the interest of Kenyans. Finally, I would like to re-emphasize on the pending bills. They should be taken as a priority and as a debt to Kenyans. We should not always prioritize debts to foreigners, but also those owed to Kenyans by the Government of Kenya. I support the Report. I thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker."
