    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, I beg to reply. (a) The Judiciary is aware that the whole of North Eastern Province lacks High Court Station. (b) To address this, the Garissa Magistrate has been gazetted as a High Court sub registry. The station has also been identified among others for the construction of a High Court under the Judiciary Performance Improvement Project (JPIP) to be funded by the World Bank. This will be done as soon as funding negotiations are finalized"
