    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will repeat what I said so that you capture it. I strongly believe that you were properly in order to invoke the provisions of Standing Orders, one to two on the four of us for gross misconduct in the House. When you retreat at some point, maybe not today, but in days to come, look at the HANSARD where the Senator of Kitui County is concerned. I am one person that believes in order, respect and dignity of the Senate. It is the Upper House and we should conduct ourselves in a manner that befits our titles. On the things that we did, that were against the Standing Orders of this House, on my behalf and on behalf of my colleagues, I apologize."
