    "content": "Look at Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) programmes in countries like China. In China, you are trained knowing very well that you are going to produce radios. Therefore, you go to school to be taught how to make radios. Then, you are indicted to know your benefit in the value addition chain of radios. However, a kid in Kenya today, introduced in to JSS programme, is left to wonder, the same way we wondered up to Class 8; mastering everything and then figuring out their lives after dropping out of school."
