    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for this opportunity that you have given me to support the Motion on affirmative action by the President. Naturally in this country, women get a raw deal on most of the issues, especially politically. I support why we as Parliament need to ensure that we abide by the two-thirds gender rule which I believe is overdue. Most countries and parliaments have complied, but the Kenyan Parliament has not. We have run into a situation where this Parliament might not comply with it and so I support it."
