Obviously, any country that wants to grow and progress must invest heavily in education. Some of the countries that were like Kenya at Independence – the Malaysia of this world – invested properly in education. As the Whip of the Minority Party has said, this is a sector which we cannot play around with. The fact is that there is a major crisis in the implementation of the CBC system.
