"content": "It is very sad that we are debating the future of the people God has entrusted unto us to shape their future and give them life and hope. These are the wonderful children who are going through the CBC system. It is unfortunate that in this country, we do not give weight to the State Department for Economic Planning, whose core business is to plan the economy of this country. In fact, the most lucrative Ministries in this country are the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development; the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation; and the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development. This is not because we find them worth giving weight, but because they control a lot of money."
