"content": " I am winding up. The issue of uniform is very critical. Right now, a junior secondary school kid needs Ksh4,500 for a locker, Ksh4,500 for uniform and Ksh4,500 for food. Without Ksh15,000, you are not able to take your child to school. Can we have them transit with the same uniform? We are helping the Ministry because they have been giving very good press releases but implementation is not working. Can we make sure that they implement it because this House is sovereign and it represents the people? Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker."
