The matter shall be referred to the Select Committee on Liaison to decide which committee it is supposed to be domiciled in before it is marked to the correct committee or the one that has been requested. At this stage, I would like to recognise the presence of the following schools in the Public Gallery: Mutulu Secondary School from Kitui West Constituency, Kitui County; Ndoo Secondary School from Mbooni Constituency in Makueni County; and, Moi Boys Academy from Baringo North Constituency, Baringo County, and I am told specifically Kabartonjo.
