We must be given opportunity to say something on issues. This Committee, whose Members we are approving today, is very important to this House. Members spend more than 70 per cent of their time in a day in this House. This is the Committee that takes care of their lives, welfare and everything that they do in this House. So, this is a very important Committee because without it, Parliament cannot function. This is the Committee that makes Parliament function but it is normally belittled.
