If you want to streamline how things are done in this country, you must start at the top. When the top gets it right, every other Kenyan will get it right. The Leader of the Majority Party sits in very high places because of his position. When he goes for those meetings, he should inform the Executive that they are setting a bad precedent in this country and Parliament is following their example."
