Jerusha Momanyi feels her rights were infringed because she was not given notice of being moved to another committee. She has not been given an opportunity by the Whip, the Leader of the Minority Party or Leader of the Majority Party. Therefore, it is only in the pursuit of fairness - maybe it is my weakness to be fair to everybody. I do not want in any way to control the minority side.
