    "content": " Hon. Temporary Speaker, I want to remind the Leader of the Majority Party that this House has majority and minority sides. He behaves as though we are in the Kenya African National Union (KANU) days when we were being led by the Leader of Government Business only. Shame on him! What fairness is he talking about when Members in his coalition are suffering and he is unable to deal with them? What fairness is he is talking about? His own Members do not have the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF), bursaries or anything to tell their constituents yet he is in Government. If democracy is to be allowed to mature in this country, what the Leader of the Majority Party has said should not be on record in this Parliament. How can he say he will be fair to Jerusha Momanyi? When has her coalition been unfair to her? Hon. Korere is saying she will tell us. If she wants to join another coalition nobody is holding her back. She can go tomorrow morning. If you are in our coalition, you must adhere to our rules and regulations. The way I am seeing, this Parliament will generate into chaos. We will not allow…"
