    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, Article 127(6) of the Constitution gives the power the PSC to provide facilities to Members. Up to now, there are Members of the National Assembly and the Senate, who are still squatting on corridors of Protection House, Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) and many other places. These facilities must be provided by the PSC. In KICC where some of us have had offices for some time, we were living with cockroaches. Sometimes you would be in the office and a number of cockroaches, a million of them, show up. There are no lights on the corridors and the toilets are in a pathetic state. In fact, someone who lives in Korogocho or other places have better toilets than what we have in KICC. There is no water; it is not well lit and it impairs the discharge of services."
