    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to support the appointment of Sen. Muthama, who has been a colleague for a long time. At one time, I was his lawyer when he was in the National Assembly. He got into trouble and found himself with the “Pangani Six”. He was instrumental in formation of Orange Democratic Movement Kenya (ODM-K) Party and was elected to the National Assembly. He later on became a Senator. Therefore, he understands what happens in the National Assembly and the Senate."
