    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we obviously are negotiating and trying to push as huge a budget allocation as possible but I think it is important to note that we were given only Kshs100 million for the construction of bus parks. With the ongoing projects it was not sufficient. However, we are pushing as hard as possible to ensure that we get a better budgetary allocation. That is obviously a factor of liaison with the Treasury and the Budget report that will be laid on the Table in June."
