"content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, I may not be good in Swahili, but I will try next time. At the outset, I wish to congratulate our beautiful ladies, Hon. Members, for demonstrating and speaking to our identity as Africa. I still join other speakers and agree that the male counterparts should also do the same and have a week for demonstrating our Africanness. We must tell our story. In the history of the western civilization, many writers and speakers have continued to speak on our behalf. It is time that Africa speaks through their art, dressing and even in their language. We are very happy that Swahili is being promoted to be the African language. This is a very interesting week in this country and our Parliament. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
