    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, under the doctrine of collective responsibility, I can only say that it is a factor that will be considered. However, I think I need to mention that the number of bus parks that are required in almost every business centre in this country are numerous. I think we need to have more innovative ideas in terms of getting them constructed. I would urge Members to consider looking into public/ private partnerships as a way of solving the problem of meeting the demand for bus parks. We will obviously look and see if we will ensure that it is in the next economic stimulus package."
