    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I had, in fact, given notice that I would be rising on a point of order to seek the Speaker’s guidance and ruling. This may well reflect on Order Nos. 9 and 10. This goes to the constitutionality of what we are doing. If I may refer to Article 94(4) of the Constitution, it states:- “Parliament shall protect this Constitution and promote the democratic governance of the Republic”."
