    "content": "In my opinion, what Sen. Osotsi is seeking is something that we must give very serious consideration. The Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries should take up very quickly. I see Sen. Dullo is also here. We always got an issue in every county that we have interrogated in the course of our duty that has had the NARIGP funding. There are many other audit issues that the Committee is seized off. Some of these questions may not come out as clearly or they may not be answered as clearly as they should, especially on these conditional grants. That is just one. There are other conditional grants that are in billions of shillings. There is money for Financing Locally-Led Climate Action (FLLCA) Program which is in the disbursement schedule that we passed which is approaching Kshs7 billion. There is money for Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA) for climate change.
