    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Chair and his Committee for the good work they have been doing to keep time limits. I noticed the Chair is really putting in the work. Thank you for the work you are doing. You have done us proud. Mr. Speaker, Sir, when we talk about debt management, we are talking about the sovereign debt of this country. It is a very serious topic. I hope the nation is listening and those who will take the Floor to contribute, will make it known that the Senate takes it very seriously. This is because statistics are telling us that 54 of the poorest developing countries in the world are at the risk of defaulting on sovereign debt. Therefore, this will make these countries effectively bankrupt."
