    "content": "When you say that the National Treasury should raise over Kshs120 billion, it means you will tax Kenyans more. We cannot afford electricity bills. This country needs to develop and industrialize. The tariffs in electricity cannot sustain our industries. Most of the industries are relocating to other countries. However, we brag around and say that we are a middle-level developed country and our economy is growing by at least 6 per cent while children and people are dying of hunger."
