    "content": "I summarize by stating that the lives of the Rendille children matter. It is about time that this Government - if at all we have one - forgets about the differences and move there. I hope this is going to be referred to the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations. My good friend from Kisumu County is in that Committee. I hope that you move fast and have the military go there. This is a situation where the military has to go there. We have this habit of sending the military without Parliament’s approval. Since we have already violated the law; go ahead. Got there and rescue these people."
