    "content": "The local community cannot get that 40 per cent from Tsavo National Park, that everything goes to the national Government and yet we are the ones living with those animals. They destroy our crops and kill our people, but the Government protects and we do not get anything. It is our natural resource and we ought to share. Right now, there is no framework. This Natural Resources (Benefit Sharing) Bill, Bill No. 6 of the Senate, is going to cure this problem."
