    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to support the Statement by Sen. Cherarkey. It is important that the terms of engagement for clinical officers are looked at critically. My colleague has stated that health is a devolved function. It is unfair, from time to time to have our health workers in the streets demonstrating and demanding for a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) while they disrupt health services in our facilities."
