    "content": "At the entry point, clinical officers in their training institutions are required to have high qualifications. It is unfair when they are not fairly treated in terms of their remuneration. This is discouraging our students in school. They feel that if they take up health courses, they will not be treated well and will not get a proper payment package. That is what makes many of our health workers to go abroad to look for greener pastures."
