    "content": "Lastly, one of the biggest challenges in the counties is that when you look at the healthcare sector, it is not taken as a serious career in the grassroots communities. The reason for this is that without pay people give up and start volunteering even after qualifying so well as my brother, Sen. Omogeni, talked about serious nurses that come out of our universities then go to the grassroots seeking for jobs. They do not get the jobs and they end volunteering."
