    "content": "Members of this House will always advocate for their interests. We talk about the Oversight Fund because we want to do our work as Members of this House. Teachers will talk about their salaries, promotion, salary increment and so on, which is in order but the worst situation today is that our healthcare workers are not paid well. There is no proper scheme of service and that explains why we have a shortage and a problem."
