    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This matter affects all counties and I rise to support Sen. Cherarkey. I want to take a different dimension on it. When COVID-19 came, the people who suffered most were the clinical officers. The disease was new and there were no equipment to protect them. Many people did not even know what was happening. In Makueni County, I assisted in burying quite a number of these officers who died when COVID-19 begun infecting people. Since they had the first contact, their remuneration after death was not defined. ."
