    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Clause 61 requires suppliers to recall defective goods and also warn consumers of the defect of the goods and procedures for disposing of the goods specified in the notice. The supplier will be given a chance to show why that notice should not be published. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Part VII of the Bill talks about establishment of powers of the Tribunal. Clause 71 establishes an independent Tribunal to deal with all the appeals in regard to the decisions of the Authority. The decisions of the Tribunal are appealable in the High Court."
