    "content": "There are some amendments that we did include. We note that 1.9 million school-going children would not have an opportunity to access education due to the conditions of their homes and the areas that they are growing up in. Therefore, there is a project through the Ministry of Education that provides lunch to over 1.9 million primary school children some of whom are in ASAL areas. We have been able to provision enough money, for up to second-term, to give uninterrupted service to these vulnerable children.
