    "content": "I also want to speak to the issue of the NG-CDF and the NGAAF. We made sure that monies are allocated to those funds so that they can be sent to our constituencies. We have not yet completed paying our bursaries, and several of our children still remain at home. Some of us had to pay for day-scholars first, wait for funds to arrive and then pay for boarders while university and college students waited. We all agree that we have witnessed a transformation in terms of the outstanding developments in constituencies across the country. This money is needed.
