    "content": " I stand to support this Motion on the Supplementary Budget because as it is now, Kenyans need provision of services. Without money, there can be no services. Despite what is going to be said, Kenyans have been exposed to a lot of suffering due to the existing conditions in our country today. Some of those conditions are not man-made. They are natural. They can be alleviated through Government interventions by providing adequate funding to various fields that require attention.
