    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Allow me, as I congratulate Hon. Babu for the good performance, and also correct him. What he was describing is called bottom-up economic model and not trickle-down. I know he has a problem with bottom-up. I want to encourage him because he is now doing what he ought to be doing; that is, speaking to economics issues and not in any way sabotaging that economic recovery trajectory that we have begun this year. We should also not allow any leader in this country to do that. I, therefore, encourage Hon.
