    "content": "With those very many remarks, I beg to support the Motion and ask the House to support this Supplementary Budget Report and the Appropriation Bill. For the benefit of those of us who are new in the House, I want to mention that this is just the first stage. This process will be completed with the passage of the Appropriation Bill, as at when we pass this Report. I, therefore, seek your indulgence and patience to the conclusion of this debate. Hopefully tomorrow or the day after, we will handle the Appropriation Bill to allow these resources that have now been committed to go to the MDAs for spending, which will spur the economic activities that we envision for this country."
