    "content": "If this Bill is passed, it will address various issues that will create job opportunities in this country. First of all, the local market will be satisfied with the production of goods and services through these mechanisms. One thing that I need to note is the decentralisation of factories in this nation. Factories and industries have been established in the urban areas, whereas in areas where we have most of the people; they have not been started there. I hope that the Authority will address this issue to the conclusion."
