    "content": "I will not speak about the two-thirds gender rule but I will speak on the issue of Cabinet Secretaries presenting themselves to this House. One of the roles of Parliament is oversight. It will be good if Cabinet Secretaries come here and we oversee them by asking them questions. I will end at that because I can see there are very many people who want to support the idea that the leader of opposition needs an office in this nation."
