Aware of the great public interest and national concern that the lesbian, gay, transgender, intersex and queer (LGBTQ) has attracted and noting the impact the matter has on the youth and vulnerable persons in our society, I hereby request your Office to schedule time to discuss the matter on the Floor of the House. I wish to seek leave to have the matter considered this afternoon. I thank you Hon. Speaker."
