Mwalyo is overwhelming and the Chair will avail you time one hour to the end of the sitting. However, depending on how we run our business of the day, there is the Appropriations Bill coming which is a mirror of the Motion that you passed yesterday. If you plough through the Appropriations Bill faster than we expect, then I will give you more than one hour to debate this very important Motion of national importance. In the event business goes on, one hour to the end of time, we will stop and invite Hon. Mwalyo to move the Motion. In case we finish earlier, I will give him an opportunity at the time we stop.
