    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairperson. Looking at the reorganisation, it does not incur an extra cost. The process of building the new tower has taken very long. It is an embarrassment to the House that we provide oversight to other institutions yet our own institution has taken that long and dragging on with pending bills and thus, becoming a cash cow for other people. One time, some of us felt that the Members’ Services and Facilities Committee should be the Committee that should oversee the PSC for proper efficiency. If every institution of Government has agreed that we should be subjected to oversight and we are transparent, then, it is high time PSC also becomes transparent and should be overseen by a Committee of this House."
