    "content": " Thank you so much, Hon. Temporary Chairperson. I want to thank the Budget and Appropriations Chairman for a good job. The PSC has finally said they want to finalise. I want to ask the Chairperson as they do so to spare even Ksh5 million to give us a walkway. This is because walking from the Co-operative Bank to Continental House is difficult. By doing so, they will make the lives of the Members of Parliament a bit easier. We cannot brush our shoes seven times in a day. This is because when we go to our offices or gym at Continental House by the time we come back to Parliament, our shoes are so dusty. As you complete the offices ensure the walkways are done so that Members can have some dignity."
