You may find rapists in future saying that they are the Association of Rapists of Kenya and have the right to do whatever they want to do with whomever they want. They could argue out that in a court of law, they are guaranteed their right and freedom of association. We must also know that our Constitution limits everybody’s rights, especially where they in a way overstep and interfere with the rights of others. We are also to enjoy our religious rights to worship and our own cultures. We must protect our rights.
