    "content": "I will say just as my senior has said. Do we need to tell these judges to revoke? Do we need to create what we call review? Do we need to pass a restrictive law in this House? I do not want to pre-empt because there was an intention by a Member to bring a law in this House for us to pass. It is a law that would illegalise any act of association, penetration, and marriage on all these people who call themselves gays and lesbians. We will pass that law speedily. It will now be upon the courts to make a decision whether the passage of that law or that law is against the Constitution. We are really waiting for that time. I do not know if some of these decisions are based on whatever those people want to give to our country. Some of us may not want to be beggars. Some of us may not want to sell our birth-right. Some of us may not want to exchange our humanity with money. We tell the Supreme Court to read the Constitution of Kenya, Article 11. It says that same-sex marriage is illegal; same-sex association is illegal; same-sex penetration is illegal. Hon. Temporary Speaker, I thank you very much."
