    "content": "Having this process done will guarantee good life to these senior citizens because they will have enough food to support their lives and their families. Having these people register at the right time will also guarantee them good health as they will access quality healthcare and spur economic growth because there will be increased circulation of money and the high purchasing power will improve our economy. As we do this, we must ensure that this process is fair so that all eligible needy and elderly persons are registered. Those who are pensionable should be accorded the opportunity to be in this list. As we do the payments to the elderly people in society, we must ensure that payments are done through an electronic system. We have had challenges when paying the elderly because they crowd in one place. When their payment is via an electronic platform, it will ensure that there are no congestions, no fake people coming to broker them, and they get their money at the point of need."
